At Mosaic we aim to take our experience in storytelling to client projects that are based around an event and something beyond a straightforward recording of what occurred. We have worked with clients including Shelter, English National Ballet, UAL, the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering and many more with production teams raging in size from 2 to 20 depending upon brief and deliverables. Most packages include a longer film, a range of short social media edits plus all raw digital assets archived on a drive for use in your future marketing and communications.

GovNet - Modernising Criminal Justice:

The Brief: GovNet commissioned us to film their 1 day paid event for professionals working in the criminal justice sector – from senior figures in government and policing who are responsible for defining policy to businesses developing products within the criminal justice space.

We began by working with GovNet to define their goals and strategies from the filming before coming up with a filming plan for the day that included specific shots, interviews with key individuals who attended the event and sequences from workshops and presentations. Deliverables included a range of edit ready clips for GovNet to use in their communications, a fully edited film with licensed music and  secure cloud storage for all raw footage.

Queen Elizabeth Prize for Enginnering - Tenth Anniversary Event

The brief:  We worked with the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering on a package of films and socials content based around their tenth anniversary celebrations. As a part of this we arranged a shoot at their tenth anniversary dinner at The OWO in London. The primary purpose of this edit was to show the excellent work that QEP is involved in to potential partners and funders. We also took the opportunity to film short interviews with previous winners of the QEP who come from all over the world and have been responsible for developing world changing technologies from AI and the internet to nano technology and wind turbines.

The Science Museum - Speed Mentoring for Girls

The Brief: As part of our work with the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering we worked with them to develop a range of films based around widening the appeal of engineering as a career to groups who are under represented. Our primary audience for this film and the associated socials edits that we produced and edited were girls aged 12-17 who are thinking about potential career paths. Filming took place at the Science Museum in London and involved leading women engineers having a series of 5 minute mentoring sessions with girls from several UK schools.
